I agree 100%! I feel the same about New Years Resolutions. It’s kind of stifling, not leaving space for serendipity. Like you mentioned chatting with a shop keeper or visiting someone’s house. If you feel you need to stay on a schedule you miss out on the most special moments. You’ve really got me thinking here! I may do a newsletter with a collection of such moments. Thanks!
